Where are you located?
We are located in the Raleigh, North Carolina. Some of our items ship directly from us, however many of our items ship directly from our vendors.

What does free shipping include?
Free shipping applies to all orders that ship via USPS or other ground shipping carriers to the continental United States. International orders and orders that ship outside of the continental states do not qualify for free shipping. Orders that need to be expedited will incur an additional charge.

When will my order ship?
The lead time varies for each item. You will see the production time listed on each product page. Please note, this lead time does not include the transit time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After the noted production time, orders will typically arrive to you approximately 2-7 business days once shipped. We will send you tracking information so you can know when to expect your package! Please note that we can not be responsible for  service transit time delays. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and  may vary by destination - especially during peak shipping periods.

Do you ship internationally?
We are getting close to be able to ship internationally! Please send us a note with your requests and we will see what we can do. Please note, there may be international duties and taxes that are out of Lovey Dovey Darling's control. We cannot be responsible for these fees on international orders.

What happens if I refuse the delivery, or I am not home to accept the delivery?
Usually USPS will leave items at the door of the addressee. In the situation where a package cannot be delivered due to a bad address, there may be a fee to return the package to the sender which will become the customer's responsibility.

I never received an order confirmation - did you receive my order?
We apologize that you did not receive an order confirmation. Sometimes they get stuck in the pesky spam folder, so we recommend checking there first. If you have not received one within an hour of placing the order, please contact us so that we can ensure we have the correct contact information and that the order went through smoothly.

The tracking on my order says it was delivered, but I never received it - can you help?
First, I would check to see if someone in your household or neighborhood has accepted delivery. Next, check with the Post Office to see if they have your package. Unfortunately, sometimes packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.

I received my order and one of the items is incorrect or missing
We are so sorry! While we try to make sure our orders go out correctly, sometimes we make a mistake. Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within five business days) and we will work to send the correct item as soon as possible. Please hold onto the incorrect item until notified otherwise.
