Return Policy Overview

  • Please contact Lovey Dovey Darling before returning any items.
  • Items that have been customized or personalized are unfortunately not returnable.
  • The product must be in new condition.
  • Shipping cost for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued back in the form of payment used

Cancellation Policy

We hope that you are excited about your order, but in case you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24 hour period, your order may be in production and, while we will try our best to help, may not be able to be cancelled.

Incorrect Items

In rare instances, you may receive an incorrect product in your order and for this, we apologize! In this scenario, please contact us within five business days of receipt and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. Please hold onto the incorrect item until notified otherwise.

Return Conditions

You can request a return of the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition.

We highly suggest you get a tracking number for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. We can't be responsible for items that are lost during return shipment.

Some items are not eligible for return. This includes personalized and customized items.


Refund Policy

Please note that all refunds will be given back in the form of payment made by the customer. Refunds may take up to seven business days to process.

If the returned product arrives back to us damaged or used, the product will not be refunded and we will not refund for any return shipping paid for by the customer.

Any rush fees or shipping fees that pertain to a returned order are non-refundable.


Returning A Package

Please contact us for the return shipping address and return authorization number. Items returned to us without an authorization number will not be recognized.

Lovey Dovey Darling is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery and Shipping Damage

If you notice upon receiving that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Photos of the damaged product may be required. Please keep all delivery packaging until notified otherwise.


Lost or Stolen Packages

On occasion, packages are lost or stolen. We can not be held liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. Unless you have opted to insure these packages, we can not be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages.
